Needing Feedback?

Are you a top performer who is feeling ignored, neglected or taken for granted in your company?

Most likely, your manager is too busy dealing with the problems in the department, instead of recognizing you. He or she may really depend and rely on you; they just aren’t recognizing how valuable you are to their team

Take the initiative and ask for a few minutes from your superior.

The key is to begin positive. Show appreciation for the opportunity to shine and excel in the department. Remind him/her of your recent contributions and successes.


Then, discuss how to reach the next level by distinguishing areas for improvement. Be sure to focus on the future rather than dwell on the past, and emphasize how making improvements and taking on more responsibility will help you reach your career goals.
